There are many real estate companies that are just looking for ANYBODY to bring their license to them.  There was a time when education didn't count for much in real estate.  Even now you can have a license after taking a 2 week class and passing a test.  That said, education still takes a back seat to honesty.  I'd take an honest uneducated agent over a dishonest educated one every time.  I' m lucky to have Marc.  He is educated, intellegent AND honest.  I trust him to do what is right.  When representing home buyers what is right is being a true advocate.
